CDC's Efforts to "Creating a Healthy, Educational, and Equitable Society "

DC is a non-government, member-based social development organization. It was established in B.S.2049 by a group of development activists and professionals with a longstanding experience in community development. Endowed with likeminded, dedicated and committed members, CDC is a well-functioning local NGO in the Sudhurpaschim province dedicated to contributing for the betterment of human lives through community development approaches. The CDC is province level organization and lead the education related program and activities at province level. CDC have a experience is different multi sectoral field like, inclusive and quality education, marketing and livelihood, WASH, DRR and Response and good governance.

CDC is a member organization of CZOPE, NCE, DDMC, District food security committee, province level education cluster, CFLG forum, NGO federation and child right committee. The major goal of organization are i)To ensure the opportunity of the quality education, for the children, ii)To improve the sanitation and nutrition of the community and schools and iii) Emphasis on disaster risk reduction by promoting  the modern and agriculture system modern and technical agriculture system, conservation and enhancement of forest and environment. And the major target group of the organization is children, people with disabilities, women, Youth, farmers, Dalit and Janajati as well as at institution level school, health facility, agriculture service center, cooperatives, agriculture groups and private sectors are also target group.

The organization (CDC) is guided by the its constitution, admin and financial policy and human resource management policy. On basic of mentioned policy CDC is also guided by the many other policies like Child  Protection  policy, Evaluation and monitoring policy, A policy on controlling conflict of Interest, Do no Harm  Policy, 5 years Strategic Plan, Complains Response Mechanism Guideline, GESE Policy, Fraud and Ant corruption Policy, Emergency safety code of conduct, Safeguarding policy towards children and vulnerable adults and Complain hearing guideline.
