About CDC

The Community Development Center (CDC) – Nepal is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering communities and individuals in rural and marginalized areas of Nepal. Established in 2046 BS., CDC has been working tirelessly to address the social, economic, and environmental challenges faced by these communities. CDC’s mission is to create a just, equitable, and inclusive society by providing comprehensive development services that focus on education, health, disaster risk reduction, income generation, and community mobilization. The organization believes that empowering communities and individuals is key to achieving sustainable development and improving the quality of life for all. CDC’s vision is to see a Nepal where all individuals have access to quality education, can lead self-reliant lives, enjoy their rights, and are included in society.
